Better to start with a coach or with any senior player. Start distance kicking, like 20 to 50 feet and kick the ball to the other player. Try kicking with different angles and monitor that which kick go farther. Do practice with both legs, in some situations players need to use their other leg for kicking specially in defensive pressure. Train yourself on both, moving and still balls. Try to match your speed with moving ball’s momentum / speed. This will help you to kick harder and farther when ball is in motion.
