Several Premier League teams interested in Barcelona forward, player open to exit

 A recent report from Diario AS has highlighted Barcelona’s dilemma in regard to the future of two of their attacking players in Ousmane Dembele and Raphinha.

While Xavi has reserved his faith in Dembele, there is much deliberation on whether Raphinha should continue at Camp Nou beyond 2023. Xavi, for his faith, is satisfied with the Brazilian’s performances, but in a summer where the club are trying hard to generate revenue, the player could be sacrificed.

The report suggests Raphinha is open to leaving Barcelona if he receives a good proposal from England. This comes against the backdrop of his agent Deco trying to convince him to return to the Premier League, in an attempt to revive his career.

Barcelona are aware of Raphinha’s clout in England, thanks to his extremely successful spell at Leeds United. It appears the player himself is willing to return to England, with various clubs across the Premier League interested in his services.

It must be noted that Deco’s uncertain future as a player agent could play a key role in dictating Raphinha’s sale. The former midfielder is reportedly in talks with Barça over becoming the club’s new sporting director, replacing Mateu Alemany.

Should Deco become the sporting director, Raphinha might have to leave, so that there is no question of him potentially favouring his client. The Brazilian’s exit from Camp Nou, therefore, seems quite likely.

It is now up to Barcelona to talk to potential suitors. As mentioned earlier, the club are aware of the player’s clout in England and would want to hold out for a higher valuation, in an attempt to recoup the amount they had spent on the player last summer.

Anything around the €60 million mark could prove to be beneficial for Barça, as they look to generate fresh funds and reduce the salary mass, in an attempt to sign new players ahead of the new season.

Top 10 best El Clasico moments in football history

Football is now incredibly popular around the world. And the historic El Clasico rivalry between two top Spanish sides, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, has also contributed to its popularity. So now we're going to reveal the best, most passionate and iconic moments in El Clasico history.

The 2014 Copa del Ray final between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona is surely known as the greatest moment of El Clasico. Los Blancos won this match against Barca with a score of 2-1. The 2011 UCL semi-final, where Barcelona won with an aggregate of 3-1, and FC Barcelona's 6-2 win against arch-rivals Real Madrid also deserve their mentions among the best El Clasico moments. of football history.

Rather than improving over time, the relationship between the two clubs, Real Madrid and Barcelona, has deteriorated as they have become more dominant than ever in the 21st century. Rewinding through the years, however, here are the highlights.

El Clásico is a football match played between rivals and two of the richest football clubs, Real Madrid CF and FC Barcelona. It is the biggest club football game in the world and one of the most watched annual sporting events.

With intensity in mind, it's not hard to see why there have been so many thunderous editions of El Clasico over the years.

10. The Stefano Saga

One of El Classico's finest moments in the controversy of Spanish football in the aftermath of World War II was Alfredo Di Stéfano's transfer from Argentina's Millonarios to either Barcelona or Real Madrid.

The summer of 1953 saw different entities with different agendas, including clubs, FIFA and the Spanish Federation, becoming involved in the transfer fight between the two Spanish giants.

Fed up with the involvement of the Madrid-based government, Barcelona have withdrawn their attempts to sign the Argentine. Two weeks later, he made his El Clasico debut; Real won 5-0 and scored four.

9. The arrival of Johan Cruyff

Another of the best El Clasico moments from the vintage era was the transfer of Johan Cruyff. With Barcelona stomping on the signing of the Ajax superstar, not unlike the Di Stefano saga, Real wanted to get involved in the move.

But Cruyff chose Barca over Real, and to add salt to the wound he said he would never play for a team "associated with Franco" led by General Franco. What followed in the Clasico was a 5-0 thrashing, with Cruyff picking up 3 assists and a goal.

8. Cruyff's dream team in 1993-94

It was the era of Johan Cruyff's famous Dream Team in Barcelona. Benefiting from training with Romario, Guardiola, Stoichkov and Laudrup, Barcelona dismantled Real with Romario netting a hat-trick and Koeman with a free-kick.

This incident is now dubbed one of the best football moments in The classic.

7. Real Madrid's revenge in 1994-95

In the summer following the 5-0 win over Real Madrid, Michael Laudrup controversially left for the Spanish capital after the player had a monumental falling out with manager Johan Cruyff.

There were rumors that Laudrup joined Real as revenge against Barcelona. Although Laudrup denied this, no one could say that his transfer sealed the craziest move between these two clubs.

6. Figo's Betrayal

In the last decade and a half, one of El Clasico's finest moments was the world-record move of Portuguese great Luis Figo from Barcelona to Real Madrid in the summer of 2000.

Figo had been touted as the pride of Barcelona but all that love turned to hate just as he was on his way to Madrid to be part of Real's Galactico project. The expression of this hatred reached an all-time high at the Nou Camp in November 2002.

Often dubbed the Derby of Shame, Figo encountered a bloodthirsty crowd that day. When he went for a corner, the Portuguese winger was handed cans of beer, lighters and bottles of whisky.

The most significant of these was a suckling pig's head thrown at him. The match ended scoreless. If Figo had scored a goal, he might not have been alive at Bernabeu.

5. Ronaldinho at the Bernabeu

One of the best El Clasico moments was probably what happened when Ronaldinho parted Los Blancos in 2005. It was the Brazilian who took over after the break.

His skills were soft and sublime. Ronaldinho completed a mesmerizing run from the halfway line with a cool finish past one of the best soccer goalkeepersCasillas.

And then, thousands of Real fans at the Bernabéu rose to their feet to show their appreciation for a sublime performance from the Brazilian superstar.

4. From the Messi era - The greatest moments in football history

Probably the youngest player to score a hat-trick in the Clasico, Lionel Messi also scored his first hat-trick against Real Madrid at the age of 19!

The match ended in a 3-3 draw, with Messi saving Barcelona, who learned the value of this incredible young talent who later turned out to be the greatest player in the world of the modern era.

The introduction of one of the greatest soccer players of all time, Lionel Messi, definitely deserves its place among the best El Clasico moments of all time.

3. A no contest: Real Madrid 2-6 Barcelona

Probably the biggest margin loss in an El Clasico, braces from Henry and Messi, as well as goals from Puyol and Pique, illustrated the class divide that had grown between the two teams.

It also accelerated the dawn of the second Galactico era at Real Madrid as they sought to challenge the Catalan club's dominance.

2. 2011 UCL Semi-Final

The 2011 Champions League semi-final between Real and Barcelona was an extremely intense period in the rivalry, with Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho playing central roles in both matches.

Two late goals from one of greatest footballers of all timeMessi at the Bernabeu put Barca through to the final even before Madrid left for Catalonia.

In the second leg, Marcelo equalized the game after Pedro gave the home side the lead. Barca went on to defeat Manchester United in the final, while Los Blancos gave up on their La Decima dream.

1. 2014 Copa Del Ray Final

When Ronaldo remained in the stands due to injury, Gareth Bale showed his heroism. With five minutes remaining, Gareth Bale collected the ball in his own half on the left wing.

He passed Bartra with his heroic acceleration before running into the penalty area. Bale then kicked the ball with his left foot past the goalkeeper from six yards out.

Over the years, El Clasico has always been a darling to watch. He gave us so many wonderful moments. In recent years, the rivalry has been "encapsulated" by the rivalry between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. This concludes the Top 10 Best El Classico Moments.

Fulham Vs Leicester City Prediction, Head-To-Head, Live Stream Time, Date, Team News, Lineup News, Odds, Stats, Betting Tips Trends, Where To Watch Live Score English Premier League England 2023 Telecast Today Match Details – May 8

After losing to Liverpool 1-0 in their previous Premier League match, Fulham will be looking to rebound here. Fulham had 42% possession in that match, and they made 9 shots on goal, 3 of which were successful. Liverpool had 15 shots on goal, three of which were successful, at the other end.

For Liverpool, Mohamed Salah scored a 39-foot goal. Fulham has rarely displayed defensive toughness in recent games. They will be concerned about Fulham’s failure to prevent opponents from scoring in six of their previous six matches, allowing seven goals to score.

Leicester City and Everton played to a 2-2 draw in their previous Premier League match. Leicester City had 15 shots, 6 of which were on target, and 55% possession in that match. Jamie Vardy and Aalar Söyüncü scored for Leicester City, scoring at 22′ and 33′, respectively.

Everton made 23 attempts on goal, 8 of which were successful. Everton got goals from Dominic Calvert-Lewin (15′) and Alex Iwobi (54′). Statistics don’t lie: Leicester City has been outscored in six of their last six games, allowing 10 goals to their opponents.

Leicester City certainly has a lot of room for improvement at the back. However, that pattern probably won’t be supported in this game.

  • Fulham – Leicester City
  • Premier League England
  • Date – 08/05/2023
  • Starting time – 14:00 UTC
  • Venue: Craven Cottage, London, England

Prediction :

We have the impression that Leicester City and Fulham may not receive much recognition for their efforts here. It appears as though it might be a draw. Because of this, we have predicted a very close game that will end with a 0-0 score.

Head To Head :

An examination of their most recent head-to-head matches, which began on October 29, 2013, reveals that Fulham has won two of them, while Leicester City has won three, with one draw. During those games, they combined to score a total of 19 goals, with 8 coming from The Cottagers and 11 coming from The Foxes.

That is a typical objective for each round of 3.17. On Premier League match day 19, Leicester City defeated Fulham 0-1 on March 1, 2023, the two teams played their final league match. On that particular day,

Soccer streams Leicester City had 61% possession and 15 shots on goal, six of which were successful. At the opposite end, Fulham had 11 shots at the objective with 2 on track. Scorer was Aleksandar Mitrovi (17′).

Team News :

Even though Fulham dealt a devastating double blow to Man City and Liverpool by knocking out Tim Ream and Andreas Pereira, both of whom had been ruled out with injuries that could end their seasons, in their defeat to Liverpool a month earlier, Fulham gave Liverpool and Man City a run for their money.

Layvin Kurzawa’s problematic knee injury keeps Pereira (ankle) and Ream (arm) company in the treatment room. Star striker Aleksandar Mitrovic is nearing the end of his lengthy suspension and will serve the final eight games of his ban on Monday.

Harrison Reed will anticipate an immediate recall to the team despite Sasa Lukic’s relatively strong performance at Anfield, and the same can be said for Kenny Tete over Arsenal loanee Cedric Soares.

While Fulham has lost two additional players to injury, Leicester could be supported by the profits of Jonny Evans (calf) and Ricardo Pereira (thigh) for the outing to the capital, with Smith offering a positive update on the two men in his pre-game public interview.

Betting Tips :

  • In the Premier League, Fulham FC has lost three games.
  • With 11 goals, Aleksandar Mitrovic leads Fulham FC in goals scored. Harvey Barnes has scored multiple times for Leicester City.
  • In their last 15 games, Leicester City has conceded a goal in each one.
  • Fulham FC came out on top in their most recent encounter.

Lineups :

Fulham:

  • Leno;
  • Tete, Diop, Adarabioyo, Robinson;
  • Reed, Palhinha;
  • Wilson, Cairney, Willian;
  • Vinicius

Leicester City:

  • Iversen;
  • Castagne, Faes, Soyuncu, Pereira;
  • Soumare, Tielemans;
  • Tete, Maddison, Barnes;
  • Vardy

Why is Man City vs Leeds United live on TV at 3pm on a Saturday? Premier League decision and blackout rules explained

 Manchester City continue their Premier League title push this weekend when they welcome Leeds United to the Etihad Stadium.

Arsenal's midweek win over Chelsea pushed Pep Guardiola's side down to second but City responded with a victory over West Ham to reclaim top spot. They led the Gunners by a point with a game in hand and can extend their lead to four points with a win on Saturday. Arsenal visit Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon.

City's weekend game will be Sam Allardyce's first as Leeds boss with the Whites having sacked Javi Gracia and appointed the former Bolton and West Ham manager in his place. The Elland Road side are out of the bottom three on goal difference and have four games to try and preserve their top flight status.

City will be overwhelming favourites given their astonishing winning run as they continue to chase down an historic treble. And their Champions League commitments are partly why fans will be able to watch the game with Leeds live on TV despite it kicking off at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon.

That slot is protected from live TV by blackout regulations in a bid to encourage supporters to watch games in person rather than on the box. The rule has been in place since the 1960s but is not being applied this weekend. Originally the game was down to take place on Sunday at 2pm and be shown live on Sky Sports.

City's progress to the last four of the Champions League means they face Real Madrid on Tuesday and so the league game had to be moved. With the coronation of King Charles III taking place on Saturday, the two regular TV slots at 12.30pm and 5.30pm were ruled out to avoid a clash and because of a lack of police resources.

Liverpool already has three parts of summer rebuild ready before FSG transfer spend

Liverpool is getting ready for a big summer, but how many changes to the squad does Jürgen Klopp need to make? Some important parts of the rebuild are already set.

While there is going to be significant money spent by Liverpool in the summer transfer market, Jürgen Klopp has already found a solution to some of his problems in the long run as per Live football streaming UK.

For one thing, the midfield revamp will include the 18-year-old Stefan Bajčetić, who should not be forgotten amid the clamor to find greater depth in the center of the pitch.

In the attack, Liverpool has already sorted out what its forward line will look like with the relatively recent additions of Luis DíazDarwin Núñez and then Cody Gakpo.

With Mohamed Salah tied down to a new deal and Diogo Jota having been at the club for three seasons, those five should be sufficient to cover for the imminent loss of Roberto Firmino at the end of his contract, alongside promising youngsters like Ben Doak.

At the back, there are legitimate question marks over the center-back position, with Joël Matip only a year away from the end of his contract, but Calvin Ramsay can have hope of taking the next step next season when he is over a long-term injury of his own.

On the opposite flank, Kostas Tsimikas can continue to provide cover for Andy Robertson and the only real question in the goalkeeping department is whether or not Caoimhín Kelleher is content with playing the back-up role.

Midfield additions, clearly, are required, but Curtis Jones has shown his value lately and there is still more to come from Harvey Elliott. With Fabinho, Thiago Alcântara, Jordan Henderson and some new signings, that area will be transformed and re-energized.

Three or four players replacing the likes of Firmino, Naby Keïta and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who will leave as free agents, will represent a relatively big turnover in playing staff at Anfield — offering much-needed and overdue change.

But having already signed depth options in Bajčetić and Ramsay, and having already sorted out his Liverpool attack, Reds manager Klopp will know that anything more wholesale than that is unnecessary — even after a difficult campaign that will end in disappointment.
